How Cashback Works

At Jvspin, you can earn 10% cashback every week on your net losses from Slots. This promotion applies to Slots only; Table Games, Live Casino, and Jackpot Games do not contribute to cashback. Free Spins, bonus money, and any previous cashback do not qualify for cashback. The cashback is paid as cash and is credited directly to your balance after you claim it. The maximum cashback you can receive per week is 5,000 EUR per player. To be eligible, you must have an active account with a successful deposit and you must have marketing preferences enabled.

Cashback is calculated within a weekly window that runs from Thursday 00:00 UTC to the following Wednesday 23:59 UTC. If you finish the week with a net loss on eligible games, you’ll earn cashback equal to 10% of that net loss.

Example:

• Example 1: You lose €520 on Slots during the week and have no other losses. Your cashback = €52.00, credited after you claim.
• Example 2: You lose €300 on Slots but win €250 on other casino games, for a net loss of €50. Your cashback = €5.00 (10% of €50).
• Example 3: You net win overall across all games (for instance, -€500 on Slots but +€1,000 on Blackjack). This would not qualify for cashback for that week.

Notes: Cashback is not paid on Free Spins, bonus money, or previous cashback, and you must deposit to be eligible. The cashback is paid to your balance once you claim it.

Claiming Your Cashback

1. Week runs Thursday 00:00 UTC to Wednesday 23:59 UTC.
2. On Thursday after the week ends, log in to your Jvspin account and look for the Cashback reward box.
3. Tap the reward box to claim. The cashback will be credited directly to your balance.
4. You must wager the cashback once (X1) on any games under the Bonus Games tab to withdraw it or use it for non-bonus play.
5. You have seven days from the moment the cashback is ready to claim it. If you don’t claim it in time, it expires.

Important: The maximum cashback is 5,000 EUR per week per player. Cashback is only paid to players with an active status and who have enabled marketing preferences. The cashback is strictly for Slots; other game types are excluded from eligibility.
